Doug's headers are also more expensive because they use 3/8" flanges, 16 guage tubing, 4 tube design and welded collectors. All features you won't find in cheap headers. I still say I'd rather go thru the potential nightmare once and be done with it than have to deal with leaking and warping after a year or two.
