Yes he is in Canada, but he uses a United States shipping address (he is just across the border). It cost me $90 to ship from Montana, but I made small wooden crates for each head, so they weighed a bit more. It took him about two months and he did an awesome job! I highly recommend Dave.  Oh, I sent them UPS ground.
