have u tried autozone, i have a 64 catalina and i gave it a complete brake job bought all the parts from what is now advance auto(discount auto parts)had the problem i had to drill cut to put a spring and cut to put the back emergency brake but never worked, so i left out the emergency brake but it always bothered me a 2 years later i went to autozone, got them fit like the originals no cutting emergency brake work perfectly, front and back i changed the front had revits in them nice 11 i think for the rear and 15 for the front average check out www.autozone.com or u might have a local store near u
