My 73 Formula has some small rust holes in the area of the cowl under the plastic screen( below where the wipers mount). I was wondering if these holes in the dash could be fixed w/o welding. Is there was something waterproof and rustproof I could use to fill these pinholes in the dash(metal filler, brazing, fiberglass)? Could I fill them w/something and then coat it w/POR15? Thanks for the help. CTC
