Hi All,

Sorry for the extended delay in response.

Here's where I'm at...

Secured a lawyer, both locally and in the town I bought the car.
Both feel we have a very good case that has no "fatal flaws"
(lawyers slang for a waste of time).

The list of contentions has grown.
Found cancer in the floor,
has no inner fender in the rear quarter, blah, blah, blah.

I am collecting my receipts as well as quotes for the body work
this week and turning them over for the attorney to do his job.

We'll see.
