Engine code help
I got these numbers off my engine. Can any of you gurus help decode these?
Passenger side rear of block 481988 Front of engine block YN 0478073 Rear near distributor (Best I could read) 80201 Head drivers side J088 Head Passenger side B049 Head casting numbers on both sides 62 If these numbers are nothing please point me in the right direction cause I would really like to know exactly where this engine came from. The previous owner bought the car like it was and cannot find the person he bought it from. Thanks in advance guys.
