ignition timing questions?
Hey gang,
I posted this question in another thread as part of a few. I haevn't gotten an answer on it yet so I thought I would ask here: What is the ignition timing specs on a stock 1967 335hp GTO 400? the initial (I think 6)? The mech advance? the total advance? is it any different for a HO or Ram Air I engine? What is the ignition timing specs on a Ram air IV cam? What is the best way to time the engine (start with the total first? the Mech first? or the initial first?). Thanks, Kerry |
