Epoxy primer question
I just finished stripping the frame for my 69 GTO down to bare metal and I'm already starting to see some light flash rust only after a week or so. I was planning on stripping all the suspension parts and paint them all together, but I wont be able to get everything stripped down for at least a month yet. My question is, can I shoot the frame with epoxy primer to seal it and leave it sit for a month until I get everything else stripped; or do I only have a day or so before I need to spray the frame with a top coat after I use epoxy primer. I plan on using eastwood extreme chassis paint for a top coat.
