The factory aluminum GM LT-4 heads with your hot cam,and 1.6 rockers and the needed matching intake and such will get you to the 425 HP mark @ the flywheel by most all accounts.

And scoggin-dickey offers a CNC ported version for just a little more punch.

But the best of the bunch is likely the AFR LT-1/LT-4 heads,real nice,and tons more potential beyond the others.

Many will likely say to move beyond the "hot" cam,and if your really looking for the max you probably will need to,but for the goal you mention it will do the job.

And remember the other mods you made all help make this work better,good exhaust,proper fuel system,and the like do help quite a bit too.
