Default Help with a dead-beat in New Hampshire

Hi all,

Well, I bought a 70 GTO, 4-speed, A/C (sight unseen - mistake) from this loser in New Hampshire. Claimed the car was "all numbers matching".. Turns out, the engine is a restamp, tranny is for a '68 something, and its got a Chevy 10 bolt rear.

He tells me all the electrics work... when the car arrives.... NO wipers, radio, horn, fan, A/C clutch engagement, generator light, brake light, reverse lights.

So, I start driving the car.. and I ask him "is this car running a thermostat.. it runs cold"... he replies "Yup definitely"... I take the upper hose off. .and yeah, you guessed it... no thermostat.

Anyway, partly my fault for buying a car sight unseen and trusting this loser.

Anyway, the other sore point is when the car arrived, all the lower A/C duct work is missing.. he says "oh yeah, I have it, I'll send it to you".. That was a month ago.. and nothing. (The car sat in his garage for 2 months after I bought it, you'd think he'd have time to remember the duct work and drop it in the car - but no).

If anyone lives near Swanzey New Hampshire, and wants to help me extract at least my A/C ducts from this dead-beat.. it sure would be a help.

Thanks,
Fred

p.s.- I'm still trying to determine if he's stupid, deceptive, or possibly a combination of both.

Oh yeah, and he's trying to sell a white judge... which I now here is a big POS, so watch out.
