Machine Shop
I went to check on my block and crank at the machine shop and I was suprised. My stuff has been there for three weeks and I needed to see the progress to order my pistons. The machinest said, "what block did you drop off and let me see if I can find it." My crank and block was in the back corner of the shop untouched! I was floored. He said that he didnt see it under some boxes he stacked on it. Anyways he said he was going to get it done next week. I guess when people are paying 800 plus bucks for porting BBC heads and stuff, they come first. Thats what he was doing when I walked in. I was a little pissed, but I did order some goodies today. I ordered my speed pro pistons, cat rods, balancer, and flexplate. I just need some rod bearings and he will be able to balance my assembly. Just thought I would vent a little. Maybe next week I will have some good news.
