Question Attention Wheelspin and or Tom Vaught

I am interested in using an electric "booster" fuel pump. I have a Cliff's prepared Qjet on my 69 GTO. The car regularly sits for 2-3 weeks at a time and I have to spin the starter a very long time to fill the bowl. Once it cranks up the first time, the car is good to go all day long. Would I have to do a bypass circuit or a check valve to use the electric pump?

Les, do you see any problems with fuel restriction without a bypass at normal cruise. What about WOT while playing around on the street? This car hasn't see the track in 15 years, and probably never will.

Tom, I searched for a previous post about an electric fuel pump bypass, but came up empty.

By the Way, The Cliff's Qjet is the best money I have spent in a long time. Flawless performance!

Thanks, Bill
