Les, How many bushings did you use on each screw....2 in front...3 in the rear?
I mocked it up with a couple of old shock bushings, Does it hold the shifter tight, so no play in left to right?.....I was wondering if I needed something " firmer "
Also, I see you used the B&M cover plate, I was playing with using the stock plate, but I can't figure out a way to fasten the stock plate to the new shifter.
Maybe the new plate, when fastened to the shifter itself will help hold it firm.
