For my daily drivers I have been using the NXT Generation High Tech wax by Meguiars. It looks like it is marketed for the ricer crowd but after reading about it I thought I would give it a try. Goes on and off very quickly and easily with minimal effort. Quickly puts a great shine on just as advertised. The best thing I found is that, out of all the waxes I've tried, this keeps the water beading for many months on my cars that sit outside all the time.

Don't think I am going to try it on my Pontiac though. For one, I don't know about the status of it having a clear coat or not. The other, it is a polymer like Nu-Finish which I've heard can be a dog trying to get off. I've always used the Meguiar's products and carnuba wax, but it doesn't see weather either so I don't know about longevity.

After reading this thread though I am very interested in trying the Zaino products. Unfortunately my car has some panels that have small bumps in the paint in certain areas. I've been told that these were caused by air in the paint gun when it was shot. Anyway was concerned about Tripower's comments about highlighting imperfections so am cautious about trying it.
