Exhaust Manifold for 347 or help?
Hello,
We are trying to help a fellow "truck-nut" of ours who has a 1957 GMC Pickup truck with a 347 cubic inch V-8 Pontiac. He is looking for a way to run dual exhaust on this truck. The starter is located on the driver's side, and he wants to eliminate the front exiting manifold and front crossover pipe. Was there an OE driver's side exhaust manifold on any Pontiac engine that would solve this garage engineering project? I have read that many of the heads are interchangeable, what combination would be available to this fellow? Any help is much appreciated! newbee rico |
