Default My Hooker just don't fit!

Hello there people. I have a slight problem with one, headers fit. Here goes, i have a frame for my 70 lemans from the south west (no rust), i'ts out of the car. I've set it up with my motor, tranny, e-heads and the headers. I thought i would save a lot of time doing this now. Ok, first i'm running a 455 -400 turbo combo e-heads and the hooker super comps. I've also changed the motor mounts to the newer clam? frame mounts.I have taken a lot of time to set everything straight and level, even getting the right amount of degree, tilt towards the rear diff. The passanger side fits like a dream but the drivers side is way to snug. The header can not be fully bolted up, if i do the header hits the frame. Has anybody run into this same problem? I don't think it's the mounts, there is just to much gap. I'm wondering if the thing is bent. there brand new, but the box has seen better days. Anyone else have this problem? got a fix, let me know thanks everyone. Darren
