That Burgundy Maroon has been my 1968 favorite since I bought a Burgundy/black 68LeMans at age 14. Had 2 Burgundy 68 GTOs since. You photos show the color intensity nicely.

Departure: my 68GTO project is original Starlight Black...been pondering if it will be as-nice or nicer than the Burgundy. Pretty convinced those are the 2 nicest colors for 68 GTO. Then only the Atoll blue and Orbit Orange can one-up these colors provided they lay on a 70 or 69GTO.
