If there was a Waterway to get there I'd drive my new boat out to OK and drink a 12 pack or two.
1965 16-17ft Fiberglass Inboard Chris Craft lookalike with a factory 4 cylinder 61-66 ChevyII style engine. Small bore 2bbl Rochester carb is "identical" to an early GTO Tripower center carb - gotta like that. Ran it on the water for an hour first, paid $650 with a good galvanized trailer and a few extras. Gonna spend a couple hundred maybe to freshen some things up. Just for the record- that's why I'm not jumping on the 71 Judge. lol  P.S. - just got a new NOS $350+ insulated-vented-custom fit- storage cover factory made for the exact boat, tonight on eBay for $1.29 (dollar.twenty nine). Had to have a Michelob on that one ... to hell with $3900 carburetors ! |
