Default 1974 Trans Am - what is this worth?

I have come across a local 1974 Trans Am, 84000 miles, Y coded VIN with numbers matching 455 engine, non-AC, red exterior, black interior, column shift automatic, new paint, new decals, NOS grills, NOS front valance, new windshield and the engine has been rebuilt (did not need anything major on the engine rebuild). This TA only needs tires, brakes, seat covers, exhaust system, LH & RH windows, other misc detailing, but is otherwise a very complete car, very solid no rust and the new paint is very good to excellent condition. Overall this should finish up to be a very sharp red Trans Am.

I have not seen many sold examples of 1974 Trans Am's except the recent 455 SD cars which are not equal comparisons. What would this 1974 Trans Am be worth with the standard 455 engine?
