I talked to my attorney today and didn't get anywhere. It will cost me more to sue that I would probably recover. Time to grin and bear it.

The numbers on the frame were barely readable before it was sandblasted. I assure you that sandblasting can remove numbers because it did on my frame. There was a lot of surface rust and some scale on the frame so it's not like the stampings were factory fresh before it was sandblasted. Anyhow, the damage is done and it's time to move on. I've almost got the frame finished anyway.

Body work is next and I am confident that it is going to turn out ok.

Trim Tag is a different issue but I am pretty sure I have that resolved now as well.

I hope my screwups help keep someone else from making the same mistakes. Anyway, I appreciate everyone's help. Thanks.
