Default Q-jet carb ID for 69 400 engine

Hi All -

I have a q-jet carb that was removed from a very original and seemingly untouched 69 400 engine in a 69 Grand Prix. The code stamped vertically into the carb body on the driver's side doesn't follow the typical 7-digit format (e.g., 70xxxxx). This carb has 4852S stamped in that area, as well as K6 below it.

Anyone know what this carb decodes as? I have not seen this code in any listings. This is definitely a q-jet, and it was manufactured by Carter if that makes any difference.

Thanks in advance for any help.
