The classes we run prevent us from being able to use a 4-link. A 4 link does have several advantages over ladder bars, you can compensate for a bad or really good track as well as hooking with out having to carry the front end as much. That said one of our cars 60s in the 1.17 range with the back tires on a 29.5 10.5 slick with ladder bars. Wheelie bar adjustments and wheel speed become very critical on this car. FWIW
