The yellow car has pro street tires on it. That is more of an issue than slicks at the track. ROADS ARE ROUGH EVERYWHERE !!! With slicks, there is less movement on even a rough track than a prostreet tire on the roads. If the rear is moving side to side that much that the slicks can't be tight in the wheelwell, then there's a suspension set up problem.
