It came with a Q-jet...hopefully it was a Pontiac engine and not an Olds 403. A Pontiac Q-jet will bolt up fine, but you'll maybe want to consider converting it to an electric choke. You will probably have to work thru some issues with throttle linkage, and the vent stack may interfere with your air cleaner base, but these are relatively minor issues.
If it's an Olds 403 carb, you'll have an extra headache with the linkage and maybe vacuum ports. An Olds carb number will end in "240-249" and a Pontiac carb will end in "260-276"
