Nicely said Bigdaddy, I also have a Pontiac with Canadain Pontiac engine in it, (SBC), Mine never had the correct engine either and SBC was readily available compared to the Pontiac engine ( in my location). My car is not stock, but it's mine to do whatever I would like to do with, and I also thought that's what this section of the board is all a bout is it not, Non Pontiac Engine In Pontiac?? Just another 2 cent to play with.
