Lynn just so you know 2 years ago I tried to get the same combo approved Langer now has,at that time he is the one that blocked the heads from getting in.I also helped get them approved last year.As far as anyone crying well I've run both combos when I ran the pontiac in real street I only recieved a 50 pound weight break and won a championship against all the other brands I know the pontiac will not make the same power, but Johns motor does make 50 ft. pounds more torque than mine and at 3550 its a big difference.A 250 pound weight difference is huge to over come no matter what.As far as switching back that will never happen I just dont have the time for the maint. The chevy has 100 runs without pulling the motor apart the pontiac couldnt go 20.As far as me saying I made the wrong decision that will never happen.I spent well over a 100k in engine development over 6 years on the pontiac stuff out of my own pocket. With the chevy it gets split between 3 motors to some extent. My new car has already been sold at the end of the season so I can move up to extreme street.
