They obviously didnt try to bolt it up yet. The mounting bosses are totally wrong: they are about 1/2 inch too wide on either side to mount into the recesses in the lower part of the endura nose. So without modifications it will have a horrendous gap between the nose and the valance and will also break apart if they try to pull it into position with bolts. I bought the same valance and sold it on ebay after seeing how much work would be required to fix it a brand new part. I repaired my original valance. I was not that hard to weld it up:
