I am a newbie rotary lift owner, and have used it extensively in the few months I have owned it. It came with a slew of manuals and warnings, I read and re-read them all. It's just like any other power tool that can kill you, common sense reigns supreme. Most lift companies will post manuals, or at least specifications on their sites. I only allow myself, or a very select few tech friends operate it. More relaxing that way. I don't know what the hell I did without one for all these years.
