Default Milling heads

N00b Question('s) here,

How much can a pair of heads be milled without intake fitment problems while at the same time raising the compression. The heads are 70' #11's off of the 400 with an 8.6cr. Its goin on a 70 350 with either an 068 or a comp xe256h,perfromer,(not sure which carb) 2400 stall and either 3.55's or 3.73's. its a 70 lemans conv. and its my first car iv'e ever owned so any other suggestions would be great. But, im sticking with these heads, i know i should get 17's but can't find them and these were already magnafluxed with new everything and best of all FREE*.

Thanks Ahead of time,
Pat
