I installed the shoulder belts on my 69 Bird yesterday. I can't believe people were driving with these belts back in the days. The shoulder belt runs right across my neck. There's no way I would survive a head-on crash. It is so annoying, I used the lap belt only. I don't feel safe at all with the lap only.

For those who installed the Morris 3 points, are they comfortable? From the pictures, I can tell it will be very close to my neck. I just don't want it to get 'across' my neck. Would it be possible to install seat-mounted guides??
