P/N listed in parts book is Group # 12.966 Rear end finish panel assembly 9851259 1970-73 ALL F.
(I am assuming this is the plastic one)
I just looked at one and found the same "strike" over the number.

On another note- two more possible unique items

1)OPH said on another recent thread that 70 had an odd length yoke on the driveshaft.
2)What about the vented gas cap? 70 only?
