Default Cam choice to go with No. 17 heads

Hi, I have a 350 yn motor with No. 17 heads, only mods are edelbrock performer manifold and remanufactured qjet (number says its from 73 olds 350). I have put a set of new lifters and pushrods and a couple of rockers to get the motor serviceable wasnt oiling through two pushrods. all is ok now but want to do the heads up, need ideas for screw in studs and rocker choice along with cam, will also put on ram air restoration exhaust manifolds. Car is 68 lemans with 2.56 rear, this will be changed to a 3.23 or similar. th400 rebuild is also on the cards with a 2000 stall converter. Car is weekend cruiser but would like to wake it up. comp was good on all cylinders around 165 psi. what sort of power could i expect . changing heads or inlet manifold is not an option at thye moment due to lack of availability and freight costs from the US. Also how to change rear main seal to neopreme seal and where to buy it?

Thanks Mark:
