What would you do?

So i have these pics from my stuff:Block i bought used,Guy told me he broke a piston and got a new block.I took it to the machine shop about 3 years ago and had "everything"done to it.I'm hoping to have everything together this spring and running.#1What do you think of the main cap?#2Would you run this head?#3Why was there a "M"Stamped on my main block?#4How do i get those lifter restrictors out(Stripped)?Thanks Guys
