First, "just" thought I'd pull drivetrain to replace gaskets, tranny work, etc.
So I decided to remove fenders, rad, front clip. I need welding on the frame. (Bend area by all 4 wheels are bad) So now I'm thinking why not lift body, roll out frame? I am not a mechanic, mechanical engineer, not a mechanic. ![]() Am I way in over my head or if I brace the body (convert) with interior out, is it REALLY a big job. Besides releasing mounts, lines, electrical how bad is it? How bad is it putting it BACK??? She really needs welding on the frame. Thanks |
