No Steve, other way around. '70-72 hoods had two squarish holes in the bottom, leading edge. '73, or late '72, started the four hole design. Another obvious difference is the round vs. oval hole a bit further back & biased to the drivers side, than the other holes you mentioned. Early hoods have a round hole, the later style have an oval hole.
