Thanks Paul/Paint guy,

One other question - where do you 'draw the line' on a full quarter vs. patch? If my 'panel' issues are below the top of the rear wheel well, would I be better off with a patch vs. a full quarter?

I looked inside the rear quarter and the outer wheel house has rust issues (again they stop below the top of the fender line).

Trying to weigh pros/cons of full vs partial.
