Question Core Support Bushings help

I am replacing my core support bushings. I removed the bushings that were in there. I'm certain they were replaced about 8-9 years ago so they are not the originals. But I have the Energy Suspension kit, and after setting the new ones in. There is quite a bit of difference in height. See my pic.
It's not yet tightened, I just set the parts in and lowered the core support off the jack. They are loose in there...
The old one is in the pic.

Any comments?
