Default 79 TATA Pace Car Documentation

I applied for antique plates a couple of weeks ago (Pennsylvania), I currently have classic plates and I wanted antique so I didn't have to bother with a yearly inspection. I sent in pictures of four sides of the car, thier reply was it was rejected because.

-Please restore vehicle (decals need to be removed from the front window and both sides of the car) not the original pace car.
-Please submit new photos to show this has been done.

Note: If you disagree with this rejection, please submit any original manufacturer's documentation showing the rejected area is original for this make, model, and year of vehicle.

My car originally had all the pace car decals on it, and I reapplied from Phoenix Graphix when I had it repainted.

Does anyone have any original photos of the pacecar, so i could send it to the clowns at the DMV.
