Default Ames order!

I placed a rather large order of small parts. Meaning, over three hundred dollars in special screws, clips, special small parts that came to about twelve pounds. Now, when I am in a hurry and need these small parts, I start going through them and guess what? Not a thing or number mentioned on any of the zillion small bags. I have no way of knowing what item or screw goes to what area in my car. Some clips are so close, they could be for one of three things. The ground straps are a no brainer, but I am so PO'd about this careless way of tossing everything together, I could spit. The reason I used them to start with, was because some of these small parts I needed I could only get from them. Some, of the clips no one else lists. So, I have people who are helping with the car yelling for parts and screws, and I sit and look like the idiot, not the people who sold me the stuff. I have a new personal policy. If I place an order with any vendor, and I'm told the part is in stock, only to get the order and it's back ordered. I'm returning the complete order. If I ever get another mess from any vendor like Ames sent me. I'm, sending back the complete order. And, I'd like to see the person who's in charge of sorting it out and placing it back on the Shelf In days when money is scarce, it's would behoove those selling items to be extra careful.
