Torque converter lockup clutch
Anybody know of a lockup clutch that isn't actuated electrically? I never heard of such a thing, and therefore think I'm losing my mind...
I was hoping to insert a switch to allow manually disabling lockup. While trying to locate the circuit, I found only one connector (square, 4-pin?) to the 700R4. So I unplugged it and went for a drive- and lockup still occurs! Search as I may, I can find no other wires into the transmission. HELP!!! My sanity is at stake here...
