Default 68 GTO Dash Wiring?

Hello all, I am just about ready to put my dash back in but have one cluster of wires on the main harness that are supposed to mount to something. It is the cluster of wires that hookup to the rear harness and have a plastic loom clamp that is about 4" long and has two screw holes. I have looked everywhere and can't see where it is supposed to mount. It is located right next to the steering column. Any help appreciated.

Rick
