My point about you moving vertically in her plane is related to the speed measurement. If you take a flat vertical surface and tilt it you can see that it will appear to be moving toward the target at a more rapid rate than it actually is.

If you take a flat surface and move it vertically, there is no relative motion forward. If you tilt the surface forward and then move it down in a straight line you can see that there is now apparent motion forward even though there is still no actual forward motion. My point is, when you were traveling downhill, the LIDAR could get a false reading because you appeared to be moving forward more rapidly than you actually were. Setup is supposed to be where you are on a level with the target.

Look up cosine effect, it would ordinarily subtract from your speed and appear to lower your actual speed. However if you were to get them to acknowledge that they know what is you can turn it against them by arguing as I pointed out.

If you can get her to admit that there were other vehicles in view at the same time, you could ask her, if they were in front of you why did she target you bringing up the rear.
