Seal on Diff/U-joint leaking...

Hi Guys.

My rear seal between U-joint and diff is leaking ever so slightly. I want to change it if it isn't too complicated. Problem is it is on my '69 GTO Conv but diff is a 3.31 Chevy Posi. What is the seal I should order (for a 3.31 chev or for a '69 GTO u-joint/driveshaft?) and what are the steps/difficulty to replace it?
