Default Something bad happened

Ran the car down the road a few minutes ago and something let loose. Lost all oil and the is a hole in the oil pan right behind the crank pulley with something sticking out small. I dont think its a rod as it still seemed to be hitting on all cylinders when I shut it off and nothing was banging. Less than a year on the build and probably less than 200 miles. Ideas on what happened. I hope the builder stands behind this.
