Following too close? Crappy drum brakes? Forgot to replace the brake hoses? Didn't convert to dual master? Passing a blunt? Mifflin' with the radio? Dropped a ciggy in his lap? Bikini roadside car wash?
My guess would be it's much more likely that some dumb ass uninsured mexican who can't read pulled out in front of him. That is much more common than anything else...at least around here
