Goodluck with getting an apology. I suggest you hold your breath on that. Yes e-mail string is clear, extraordinarily clear. I told you I wanted them and would take them even before you posted a price. I provided you my phone number, name and mailing address as well as the PY forum or personnel message contact route available to you. I did not have either of the the first two to contact you with. Moreover with all of the avenues available you never contacted me in that three day period telling me what your price was, your payment expectations, and where to send payment to. The expectation in any reasonable man test is that no urgency was presented by you. If that were the case you would have responded to either one of the four options available to you as noted above. You post a price on Friday night and sell it early the next morning to another party without notifying me that you are a) entertaining other offers, b) confirming how I was planning to pay, the list just goes on as to what was available for you to do to confirm the sell to me.

It is your right to sell to whomever you choose but the facts of this situation support the reasonable expectations for communition between people who have entered into a verbal agreement. Your lack of communication does not support those expectations of communication. Your actions show no responsibility for communication on your part, only that you would communicate on your time line and terms.
