wiper motor frustration 69 gto
Just put in a new wiper motor (69 GTO) and I think I fried it. The harness and wires in the plug/terminals are painted over and I beleive I hooked it up wrong. Played around switching the wires and now I think it has become fatal. Motor runs Hi & low speed but will not shut off plus the waher pump is no longer working.
Feel like an idiot.. Can someone please send a pic so I can see what wire plugs go where on the motor itself? I am going to clean up the wires with some thinner and hopefully will be able to see the colors to verify. I have one double plug on the top part of the wiper motor, and one double plug a single on the driver side of the wiper motor. Greatly Appreciate your help. |
