1962 Catalina

Guys,
I am going to be looking at a 62 Catalina. The pictures seem to show it is all there and in pretty fair shape. Is there anything difficult to source on these 62's that i should be looking at when i inspect this car. External or interior?
I have always been into Firebirds and most of the restoration parts for those cars are easy to get.

I did notice the trim that goes along the top of the rear quarter panels is dented in several areas. Is this peice difficult to find?
