Default 61 Tempest in the local J-Yard

Convertable car in the local JunkYard here in Ontario, CA at Pick a Part. It's a convertible, top is gone. It has a 4 cylinder engine and a Rochester 4 barrel carb. The rear end is still there, the trans is gone, the ropeshaft is not there. Stick car.

Is there interest in these parts? I have none and left a PM for Wheelspin and was going to PM some others I know that are local, but that I have never met. I'm hoping TomS sees this as I know he has a lot of info about this era and model.

The hubcaps are even there, sheet metal OK, trunk floor is gone. The stainless trim is in the back seat. I hid the taillights. Took off the early valve cover and kept the oil cap for my 64 Gp. The valve cover had the oil fill right on top of the "doghouse" or gable end.

A couple of weeks ago this car was dropped off there and I seen it then. It is now in the yard.

There may be another 61 Tempest there, but it is not in the self serve part of the yard.

More info is available if there is any interest. Post here or PM me.

Greg
