SEM dye is the way to go. Use an adheasion promoter on the hard plastic stuff so you get a good bond between the dye and plastic. I just did my 78 TA's original red dash and kick panels with SEM landau black and it looks awsome. You can buy it in spray cans or by the quart and spray it with a mini gun.
